Judging by the way commodities are behaving, it's true.

The fundamentals of Copper do not support this breakout, and the USD drop is not sufficient to warrant it either.

It looks like momentum has returned to industrial metals.

Aluminum does have some fundamental issues causing the price to rise, however.
