It would appear so. Can you help me with some accounting I have only 3 posts left so they may be a little longer.

If the company sells stocks to raise capital... is that considered taxable income?

Further if the old ADCS company execs from several names ago take that money that was raised and did put it in there pockets without paying taxes on it or declaring on their personal income tax returns who do you think will be in violation of tax laws?

One more for now, if I have a personal tax issue, who is responsible for it in your opinion?

Agreed, a real company doing real business, with real people on the other end, that’s a good thing.

I would like to see more about this contest
* who the contestants are
* who the staff is
* do they have any partners
* is this a television show
* what network
* does this have any celebrities involved at this point
* record labels involved

I have been in and seen some of their build in Second Life, and have been hearing some people talk about partnerships, am interested to confirm any details.

I am seeing a pattern here, new managers/ team, real results, real players in the industry, cleaning up one thing at a time

I also heard that they are giving away large cash prizes ( 6 figures)to contestants and I swear in Second Life one of the Sales persons said they had a 2 million dollar contract in place with a very big label.

so to recap what I have seen in the last week or two:
1) Company buys a shell
2) Company makes some real releases
3) Company has invested large sums of money into a Build (have you guys been on there and seen it? WOW)
4) Company appears to be restructuring
5) Company has staff out there selling products
6) Company has stepped up and is not smoke and mirrors
7) Company is working in high end technology
8) Company is forward thinking
9) Company has the customer in mind with thier contest
10) New team is cleanign up the old news and moving forward

I am running out of reasons to not like these new people and their direction. I'll be investing sooner than I thought I might since they are moving so quickly in the right direction.
