Well stated, this document is a scary thing. That number could easily tank this stock.

I guess I just presumed that since we are turning ONMC into AG that it only made sense that ONMC shares were transferring into AG. Hmm... so what is up right now? Not one single share has traded in almost an hour... virtually no posts for a couple days. I don't like this. Blue where are you? The board needs ya... now!

1,500 into 1.5 mil. makes it 1 to 1,000, not 1 to 10,000 as you stated correct? Also, if AG only has 1600 shares it means adding a million and a half onto about a billion currently in the OS... that's a pretty small standard of deviation.
