IMO restriction on these shares will be a good thing.

It'll provide needed time for GoodLife's stock (TLGP) to get its footing. There are too many shareholders here who have been waiting a long time. They'd be too eager to pull the sell trigger. The restriction forces everyone to sit back and wait for GL's progress.
