"I would rather use common sense...."

OK lets use some common sense:

Small O&G company named Hemi Energy Group offers and provides the following:

- Prime required gas leases that are located in the heart of the Fort Worth/Tarrant County that are intermingled and wedged "checker boarding" between two major large O&G companies, listed on the NYSE, that will absolutely be required legally by these two major companies for their drilling locations before drilling can begin. By the way these two major O&G companies have already vested "Billions ($1,000,000,000's)" into this "Urban Drilling" revival and both have committed to expanding their activities with additional commitments to acquire needed leases of a "Billion ($1,000,000,000)" each during 2008.

- In additional to these prime and needed Fort Worth leases, this O&G company offers additional proven up oil and gas reserves in Southeastern Kansas (SEK) and other additional Texas lease locations outside of the Fort Worth leases

- These SEK leases are currently producing revenue from the oil production to maintain a monthly positive cash from the oil production and this company has developed the gas leases up to being capped leaving the gas behind pipe and ready to be deliver for production.

- This company current continues to develop and bring online additional producing SEK oil wells as the successful de-watering process continues to improve which demonstrates that the oil migration process continues to respond positively to the enhanced oil recovery program EOR programs. This company will continue to increase production near term and through out the 2008 year as the EOR programs expand across the 1800 acres of leases in Woodson county Kansas. As a side note this company has additional SEK leases located in Montgomery County, Kansas as well.

- This company maintains a debt free status, with a current o/s of 63M

- All interested business parties are welcome to inquire

So Badge to sum this up, there are multi billion dollar O&G companies that are going to require the leases that Hemi Energy Group has obtained in the Fort Worth/ Tarrant county area in order to continue their BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ($1,000,000,000's) on going Urban Drilling developments. These companies have already stated the spending acquisition 2008 budgets and commitments which is also in the "BILLIONS ($1,000,000,000's)"

Meanwhile here is HMGP located in the backyard (The Stockyard-Fort Worth) of these O&G companies that not only controls these needed Fort Worth/Tarrant County lease but bring to the table other very valuable SEK and other Texas leases that are right up these O&G companies business plans and activities.

So you do the math given the above available dollars that are out there to be vested and needed to be spent to assure the on going support and activity of the "BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ($1,000,000,000's)" already vest by these O&G companies in this "Urban Drilling". And then looking forward, if these "BILLIONS ($1,000,000,000's)" are spend wisely look at the additional "BILLION OF DOLLARS OF PROFIT ($1,000,000,000's)" that becomes available.

Yes Badge I too would rather use common sense and IMO the current HMGP business strategy is just that; very good common sense supported by very controlled and well managed business practice for an emerging O&G company.
