Not so sure everybody will be rushing to convert,however they can convert after 6 months with the new rule change if im not mistaken.However this is very early days for awyi.
.05 in two years would be very very nice for me.Some positive posters expect .05 to .20 in the weeks and months ahead and one paticular hanover is expecting .50
I recall reading Mr Panettas article very interesting and brings a little balance and realism to the equation
all in my opinion of course

no doubt shares will be issued and I suspect the O/S will be close to 1.0B by the time these deals are done, BUT keep in mind that you will be looking at a company with $12M-$15M in revenues and likely around $2M to $2.5M in earnings. Apply a multipe of say 30 which is conservative in this industry (although I had a very hard time finding any public diugital signage companies and the one I did find had negative earnings and a huge crazy multiple)) = a $60M to $75M valuation......this would give you a share price of $0.06 to $0.07 in the short term......all depends how the deals get structured off course.......
