One of your questions(above) has been indirectly answered by presenting the statement of the president of the Fight Co. in the PR.

Then there is the email reply I received from the Fight Co. on Jan. 30, 2008, telling me that it was them.

I was told that Fight Co. was going to preview at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas and that they will feature some UFC fighters.

looks like most of your questions were answered. ISBL didn't answer the O/S question, but we should be able to find that out when they file 10K on March 14. Nice to see the Q/As!
