I Sell Homes, as you probably know, companies that threaten to sue stock message board posters for their negative opinions usually have reasons to hide their dirty laundry. Such suits usually backfire on the companies.

In this case, I did enough DD to know that there was substantial information that was not being disclosed. I spoke via telephone last summer with Willens when he was still with Alton Burhalter's law firm, which had done the previous RM with the Delaware Corp.

Willens claimed to me then that he had no knowledge whatsoever of any merger of Shotpak (CA or DE) with a Nevada Corporation and would look into it. Somehow he is now representing the company and is no longer affiliated with Burkhalter.
