I think Georgia will be a solid property base don the hand samples that we got back. I agree, last chance for him but I know when DKGR goes into production, a whole new world of investors will open up. Thats what I am here for, production or bust. I think we will see production.

Agreed! Production or BUST!! If they come back bad, I think each of us should evaluate his or her own position and make a decision. If it's sell, then so be it. If it's hang on to see what else they do, then that's your decision. NEVER EVER invest with rent money! It sounds like some here have done just that and are mad at other people because it's not at a dime today.

Take the emotion out of this and look at what's in front of you. It's already down. Anything good should only pop it up. Anything bad, well probably won't affect it a whole lot. Take your tax loss, lick your wounds and go for the next "gamble".
