Josey, the fact is it DOESN'T MATTER whether its dilution or selling, does it???

The only thing we knew and what we stated over and over and over again, was that we wouldn't start to uptrend until it slowed or stopped.

Who really cares what it was, it just doesn't matter in the big scheme of things. Unless that is, your naive enough to consider INVESTING, instead of trading. While you may make out okay and be lucky enough to find the 1 in 10,000,000 OTC stocks that is legitimate, the odds are stacked fairly heavily against you.

So I'd recommend you don't pay a whole lot of attention to what some guy on the other end of the phone tells you, cuz its more than likely BS. Your better served playing the stock, cuz if you don't its likely going to play you.
