In case some don't know what it is, the End of Month Dow Play is simple.

Take the 3rd to the last trading day of the month's close. Buy the low of the 2nd to the last trading day, usually prior to 11:00AM, and there's a 90% chance the Dow will trade above the 3rd to the last day's close on the final day of the month.

Typical observed spread between the buy and next day's high is 100-150 Dow points.
