Then let's say these guys make millions from their "platform," it won't stop any potential regulatory matters, tax matters (no returns filed since the shell was formed despite millions of dollars in share sales), and shareholder lawsuits from those who lost money before. The victims of are in the thousands and the overkill reverse split ended any chance that they could recover since most only have a few shares.
