I am curious enough to continue the conversation. Why do you feel the company owes you an explanation? If you are a shareholder you should call the company and ask them. Did you ever think that perhaps the "company" that sold the share entered into a "private and confidential" transaction. You are asking for info that even reporting companies are not required or going to give. I have told you before that Carnes? has no place in this company.
