Seebea, you're going to find winick connections in the pinks back to the 1990's. Once you figure out the paperwork and the rules, I guess it may not be too hard to run your shell biz from the post office box. I don't remember now, but I think Winick is still using a tax write off for 6500.00 office equipment.
