Lets say, as most speculate that the retailer is Home Depot then the announcement will simply read that Home Depot has picked up the following Winning Brands products.

They will give a date for which they will arrive at the stores and and they will give the total number of stores that will participate. That will be the most important number. If they say "all" stores the impact will be at its highest. If the number is lower then depending on that the impact will go from there.

There will be NO mention of sales quotas or number of cases that are required. But as with all new products there will be a min. of 1 year before any decisions are made on keeping all products or some or none. They first have to establish the customer base, see how it sells against established brands..lots to consider. So once we are in, we will be in for a year min.

So the importance will be who it is and how many stores they have and how many products they picked up.
