No, I think they destroyed their credibility with deadlines.

Also, by warning the sharks of a deadline, puts the share price at risk too see any sustained growth. Like others say, ISBL is a flippers dream. NOW, The sharks have two weeks to accumulate, then regurgitate all the shares they gobbled up.

Also, todays volume tells me somebody was dumping shares, just enough to see a little green. I think this person knows someone was gobbling up shares @.0055, and that person knows, if it goes that high, they will have competition. So expect to see nothing over .0045.
