Actually, in that disclosure, they no longer make any representation as to what they think the SV value is......

which is a good thing. I do see no obvious false statements in it....

The figure of $432,000,000 is likely based on a share exchange that was done when the property was originally purchased in the '90s. The assays made public 5 months ago showed much higher potential value, purportedly $2.56B. Now, due to huge gains in PGMs in the interim, it would be in the $3B range.

investorvest writes: "Should you buy NMCX? No. Not yet - wait for a fair valuation based on NMC's assets value. Either don't look at this or buy as much as you won't mind losing."

WHAT? Why would you not buy NOW? The PPS is .003! It's an absolute steal at this price. Do you think it would get any cheaper if/when SV's real value was publicized? The answer is an emphatic NO. It would skyrocket.
