I have no problem with the address of the company being the CEO's home. Understand the stage this company is in - researching and acquiring properties with known oil reserves. We know of one property so far, with 15 million barrels in the ground. From the last PR, it sounds like other properties are being evaluated and acquired.

Even as they add staff, the expense of an office proper may not be justified, as I would imagine these people would be working out in the field, evaluating prospective acquisitions and negotiating leases or purchases.
