How about insisting that the supposed auditor be deposed on his intent to finish the audit after the osc is finished. I'd really love to see him complete an audit on a company in recievership with no product, sales staff or functioning CEO. I should think you'd wonder who was going to pay him since there's no money. What is he going to audit since there are no products and no prospects?
