It will never see 0.25 - So Billion is the plant open or closed - Are they bottling water or not? Friends in Hereford call me every day and tell me what is going on at the plant - So did the sheriff lock down the plantor not? You never answered that question. So tell all of us when was the last time you were at the bottling plant. :-)
