First time poster here, but a long time follower of this stock.

Right now, I believe this is a shell company, looking for a merger, recent activity here suggests that a merger may be forthcoming. I have an email and a call into the T/A on HAVA and will post info when and if I get it.

Will not take much to move this low floating shell here as one can tell by the recent volume and price movement.
