There are many clean shells, usually it's one that didn't engage in blatant fraud as did this shell; to wit, International Minerals Mining Group, Massive G Media, RHNMedia, Real Hip Hop Matrix, Concorde Diversified, Concorde Resources, blah blah. One company, like seven frauds.

When you buy a house, you do a title search. You certainly don't go into a shell that has a federal judge sanctioning it.

Hey I would like one as well. Been in this a long time and never have seen any without several RS and unhappy. Admitted ADCS has a past but as you said it is past let's move on.
