You might want to be careful with the language you use to describe this, as yet, imaginary internet talent competition because CKX, Inc. (Nasdaq-CKXE) through 19 TV Ltd. owns the proprietary rights to the IDOL brand among other things. I doubt that they would take kindly to some upstart pink sheet company trying to infringe or otherwise cheapen the value of one of their prime brands.

DealSniffer (I just love your name) If done right an internet talent contest would dwarf the TV versions. Anyone can audition from anywhere and for a lot less out of pocket. Seems like a big task, but the PR said Shawn was a techy (OK GeeK) which makes sense to me that he would be chosen to oversee the buidling of this since it is all on line and in virtural world. How big of an office does one need to be on line. Of course with any CEO it is not about him but about the team he can put together. It will be interesting to see what happens.
