scuse me but JF may have missmanaged the company.. gave his other half money to start a business and funneled cash to his buds as consultants, whether they knew what the were doing or not.. but he did not hold a gun to your head to buy...
nor did he stop you from selling... he did not make you believe anything you did not want to believe... nor did he make you shut your ears and chastise those that waved the latern of warning.
if your lucky you might get him on some technicality... but being a butt head of a CEO was not illegal last time i looked.
