Thank you for that post investorgation, I agree with much of what you have put in that post, remember financials are due out by 3/31/04 also. A good 10k could drive this price up on its own. Along with any kind of news, (lots of possibilities, been discussed here and RB) .15 will be here in a flash IMO.
