I think it was a Morgan Stanley piece I read where they estimated 10%

I wouldnt debate the actual percentage... but simply believe that they have MUCH more money coming in than they know what to do with

the costs to bring Saudi oil to the surface are ridiculously low... under $5 a barrel... worldwide under $15 a barrel

the move from $50 last year to $100 this year is an enormous gusher of profits that will go somewhere in the world economy
