Intelligent Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTP) is pleased to announce that the Company is going to concentrate its efforts to open a "stand-alone" Youth Fitness Center, rather than pursue a cooperative effort with an existing exercise facility. By opening a "stand-alone" facility, the Company will be able to realize greater revenues, benefitting the Company and its shareholders. Based on this decision, Intelligent Sports has decided not to pursue a business relationship with NO LIMITS Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness Training Center in Irvine, CA.
The Youth Fitness Center concept provides membership-based, multi-purpose youth fitness facilities with a diverse range of personalized programs for kids who want to learn how to become healthy and fit. Programs include aerobic, flexibility, speed & agility and academic training, as well as education for its members and their families about the importance of nutrition. The facilities will be designed for kids, and include exercise equipment that is interactive with several popular video game titles from PlayStation(R) and Xbox.
Intelligent Sports is working with TuffStuff Fitness Equipment, Inc. to be a supplier of equipment for its Youth Fitness Centers. TuffStuff is one of only a few manufacturers that produce high quality exercise equipment specifically designed to allow children ages six to 14 to work out safely and effectively.
