I don't think Rcc is in a hurry to spin it off. Likely to be over a year before they seriously consider that. I don't think IWS will change their name. RCCH owns it but keep in mind RCCH is a holding company IWS is not RCCH and vise vesa. RCCH could one day own several companies. RIGHT? Just my opinion, could be wrong.
