Beral Inc. in Negotiations with Major European Financial Institution

Fingerprint Technology Acquisition Near Completion
HOUSTON, Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beral Inc. has entered into negotiations to secure a multi-million dollar investment in ProActive Computer Services Inc. (Pink Sheets: PAVP). The investors include a major European Financial Institution and private parties. The funds will be used to finance the CortDev Inc. airport re-development project, specifically to purchase capital assets. In addition, the funds will assist PAVP to attain OTC Bulletin Board status. CEO Andrea Cortellazzi is pleased with the progress that Beral Inc. has made in attracting international investors to his company.
