"You can make millions with that type of a skill."

cyofish Says: "OPG, I can't look at a stack of paper on my own desk determine what they are. Yet you can look at stuff laying around on a stranger's desk and size up the whole operation."

OPG Responds: Yes, I can, although it's not exactly that simple. Perhaps if you had taken a bit longer to read what was actually in the content of my earlier posting, to which you are responding, you might have gotten a clearer picture of the process?

cyofish Says: "If you can truly size up a company and the risk factor by just simply talking to an executive for an hour, you are truly talented my friend. In fact, you shouldn't be investing, you should be offering those talents to corporate america.

OPG Responds: Why Thank you, thank you very much.(sic) I did, in fact, offer my talents to the Insurance Industry for a couple of decades. The rewards were handsome indeed$$$.

cyofish Says: "Now, if your refering to your job as an AIG insurance analyst that's a whole different matter. All the work is done downstream, etc., etc."

OPG Responds: To clarify for you, I was a Senior Loss Control Consultant at AIG Consultants in NYC, and later the National Loss Control Manager for AIG's Aviation Division in Atlanta. I was never an Insurance analyst, which would be an Underwriters assistant, my man, thanks.

cyofish Says: "Seriously, if you can truly and accurately determine business risk by spending an hour with an executive, that's quite a feat. You can make millions with that type of a skill."

OPG Says: Once again, that's a bit of an oversimplification as there are a number of factors involved, in what you refer to as a feat. As to the alleged millions, why yes, it was very rewarding indeed. You know, corporate jets, power lunches in the corporate cafeteria, Limos, the Wall Street Office, perks up the wahzoo, private trainer in the Company gym on John Street, yatta, yatta, seriously! But I digress. So, what is your point in regards to GFCI Mr. Cyofish?
