When I first saw that picture, I thought it might be a vacation shot from an old train depot lol, so I didn't go ahead and post it. Maybe Odin remembers what it is used for.
I just remember it was for testing something, next to it was the huge spool on it side with the door leading to the interior, ladder inside and removeable guardrail up top.
OT I think when we were in the yard there I was doing my own scoping out and not paying attention to Ron............... like counting time cards. LOL 68
