yeah i found out it suppose to take 1 1/2 years to build soo sometime this august i would think the project should be done and 1/2 way through the project there going to start getting permits for an actual all out production facility, also they said the minimum production plant they would make is 4.5 million barrels a year and expect to profet 90-100 million a year from it soo that's great....hopefully they make it more than 4.5 million a year
