He came up with the information. Would he lie without a reason?

And yes, you hit the point, what does "very close" mean? Two days? Two years? Probably. I don't know. Call Mr. Kaminer, ask him. Mayby he can give you more guidance.

My interpretation: Until summer Neom and Virgin will settle. What's yours?
