He is not a thief? If not a thief than the biggest inept jackasss that this world has ever seen. With all of the monies from financing, I am sure alot of that did not find its way into the company. And if it did, he should be banned forever from being involved in a publicly traded company!
He simply failed? LOL! Good grief, William... the whole elaborate scheme was to give us an "impression" that JF was serious about succeeding. For him to funnel so much money to god knows where, it had to be elaborate, one big carrot after another. You could see JF's humor in all of it too. He had fun with BS'ing shareholders...imvho. Just look at his final big laugh...
