As you said...there does not appear to be dilution...
If there was dilution, what would be the point of walking it down...
The stock had been running with strong volume...had the wanted to dilute...they could have sold into the strength, and just allowed the run to continue...
I would be very surprised if this is not heading north again in a very short time...keep in mind ...the A/S has not been raised...
