For a company this size with 3 small wells to carry out a geological study for proven reserves just doesn't make any sense, YET. From PR at the beginning of the year:

+ For the current year, we plan to accelerate development of our current production levels and production capabilities. We plan to drill several additional wells and expect to increase average daily production in each quarter of fiscal 2008.We will also significantly extend our gathering system, increase our lease position, and continue to seek strategic acquisitions. We believe these initiatives, as well as the groundwork we laid in 2007 will position us to have a significant role in the booming Oil and Gas market.

Doesn't take much positive news to move these penny stocks 10 fold. This Stock has already run from 0.002 to 0.037.
