from a quick look at the filling i must say i don't like it... reason is


1) they did a FORM S-8 for 60,000,000 shares

2) authorized 1,500,000,000
Outstanding Shares
1,030,352,371 as of Nov 14, 2007

which means they soon will max out if history follows...
