#201 RE: Shomidamoni #199

Great to have you here.

I will answer your question but remember this is my opinion only and not a recommendation to buy or sell ADVK. I unfortunately lost my crystal ball, but I do believe that the price of ADVK could be .50 to a $1.00 within a year on any one of their businesses and quite possibly much higher with all of them.

With that said, it all depends on the success of their marketing efforts, future events and on the downside of course, the risk of geo-political events and who know what other crap.

Again in my opinion, people selling their shares down here don't have a clue and don't understand what ADVK is about.

I am basing my answers on my 5 years plus playing OTC and pink sheet stocks (especially web companies and computer industry stuff) and my intimate 30 year background in advertising and marketing which included stints at CBS Records, RCA, Sam Goody, Apple Computer, Lucent, Pepsi etc.

ADVK is an incubator of emerging technological and service companies that will serve consumers in many areas. Now, years after all the hype about the internet - we see that the net really does work for ecommerce, information etc. Once you have a successful model, you can spin that model into countless new business concepts and that is exactly what ADVK is doing.

ItsFun.com
They have already demonstrated their capabilities with ItsFun.com - the ability to pick a nitche and offer financial opportunities to artists, songwriters etc.

Billboard Ad is right around the corner - the most important industry rag around - national exposure!

They have put together an awesome marketing effort for the music site and with the summer concert season right around the corner and their Street Teams approach.

I know based on conversations with management that co-marketing/co-sponsorship efforts with big companies is right around the corner.

They are entering the $5 Billion Fundraising market - with the first deal to be announced shortly.

They will offer full turnkey marketing for new artists that don't have a record contract yet.

Upcoming Event - WomenInformed.com website

provide support and discounts on products and services to members of
WomenInformed.com," said Christi Frantom spokesperson.

The material offered through WomenInformed.com will be carefully researched and
selected by a staff of professionals with varying backgrounds, education and
interests themselves. This talented team will also welcome independent articles
and original work for consideration and possible inclusion on WomenInformed.com.
Our sister company "ItsFun.com" will provide us with online digital music for
sale from women artists, bands, songwriters, producers, and publishers.

Upcoming Event - The Employer, Inc.
In September the Company will introduce
The Employer, Inc., which will introduce white and blue collar workers alike to positions available locally, nationally and around the world.

Upcoming Event - Legal and Public Notices, Inc. Website
In early 2005 Legal and Public Notices, Inc., a patent
pending website, will become the vehicle attorneys use to post the
notices required for public announcements.

Remember too, that any one of these "businesses" could have the potential to be spun-off or ADVK could get acquired. Two of the smaller software companies I did marketing for were eventually sold for many millions - one to Lucent right here in NJ, so i have seen it happen first-hand.

Hope that helps,
