Actually, LOL! That is suposedly the other restaurant that PRSU was supposed to have owned according to press releases less than a year ago. The article isn't talking about the Ft. Meyers location, it's talking about the Cozze store that was repossesed by the landlord. Here is what the DOS of Florida says about that location and the last owners.

It seems pretty obvious that:
1. PRSU has no involvement there.
2. Investors know little about the company they've invested in.
