Here is the answer to your question (got the reply from CEO):
***********************************
Green Man has two issues:

1.) They have to get certified by a US recognized organic certifier. They
are certified in NZ but not in the US. Without the US certification they
cannot be labeled as an "organic" product in the US. Their cert date is Feb
27, 2008 by www.asurequality.com, a US recognized organic certifier in NZ.

2.) The approval process to bring beer to the US involves a lot of Red Tape.
The beers have to go through an application process overseen by the BATF
(Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms). Organic beers not only have to go
through the BATF approval process, but also the FDA approval process (Food
and Drug Administration). This whole application process takes time.

So to answer your implied concern, there is Red Tape involved with getting
the beer into the US, but we are on top of the situation and everything is
on schedule.

Thanks,
