Would need to have people start eating a crazy amount of fast food and going out a bunch more to generate enough feedstock to make biodiesel.

I like the idea and I am all for it, however, mass production of biodiesel is a big time money pit.

that is true, but why waste it by paying someone else to get rid of it, basically wasting it. if more people knew about it, restaurant owners could just give it away and some environmentally friendly diesel owners could have free fuel. one less thing going into a landfill or having to be recycled
