Probably both, perhaps AMD has to run to IBM for a foundry deal because their yields are so bad in Dresden.

As to Overclockers.com, the editor is hardly an Intel zealot, he dislikes the Prescott chip very much and writes frequently on the subject. I think he's basically an overclocker an agnostic, it's okay to quote him when he's anti Intel but not anti AMD.
