There hasn't been enough volume to be a buy-back. What is happening most likely is the short-shares and being equalized and they are just getting ready for the run. Because when the news hits, we could trade 500-600 million shares a day, or 1/4 of the float. Gonna be shares flying everywhere, so I think they are just being settled. It's going to happen VERY soon.
