with SSWC..I believe they are diluting but that goes for all of Mahoney's stocks from IVOI, IVOT, SSWC, TYRIA. The auth is 3 billion on all of them and each month you can see dilution occurring. When they stop diluting the share prices rise but only for a short time which is why you see the constant bounce on IVOT.
The nice thing with all these stocks is they use the same transfer agent; FIDELITY [e-mail] or 801-562-1300 which is not gagged and in the IBOX. You can call them weekly and see the amount of dumping taking place. The shorts dont have to cover if the companies keep diluting.
