Not good, IMO. Every so often, where I work, if someone is OOO their manager will send and e-mail, do a phone call, etc. just to make sure all the bases are covered for when a client calls.
BTW, did we ever get a final eyewitness report from the folks who were at the show?
We have an office in Plano, TX. Isn't that near DLAV? I could ask around and see if someone can drop by.... what do you think?
