If they have not been paid by sharper image they will be an unsecured creditor and it would be doughtful they will ever see a dime from the bk.However,if the product was sold on a conditional sale contract they retain ownership and can repossess the goods or receive payment post bankruptcy filing date.It was common knowledge that sharper image had severe financial problems.If Vandenshmekel sold them goods without checking their credit,he is incompetent and should be replaced.
