booger...with all due respect...if carnzie's deal isn't considered
"toxic" financing...then I don't know what is. I'm very familiar
with the Cornell shakedown artists...but, IMO, if Vant didn't get
to Peter when he did...we would still be @ trip zeros...the low
end of them too.
