Mr. Humphries,
I am an investor in your company, and have been following the recent developments, updates, and also studied information (such as it is) posted on investor message boards. The latter can leave one with very conflicting messages, so I thought I'd come straight to you to learn how the company is progressing.
It is now over 1 week since NADA ended and there has not been a PR on the results. While I realize 1 week is not much time I did expect to hear something to the effect of whether it was a positive or negative, whether any sales were made, the number of strong leads generated, and the level of interest in your product versus your competition.
There is also the matter of the planned acquisition. What is the status of that? Your recent filing for employee bonus shares, was that done in part to fund the acquisition?
Finally, the share price is dramatically low, and every other day it seems that your creditor is dumping over 5 million shares into the market UNDER BID, which of course has had the effect of forcing the PPS lower.
I understand your principal concerns are with the long-term success of the company and that you feel the PPS will follow in good time. Surely though, an effort could be made to strengthen the market demand for your stock. When attempting to sell your product, it cannot be a plus to have a potential client pull up DLAV and see the steadily declining share price.
Thank you in advance for your time.
