how do we know that, that is what an investigation is for. Through my work I find that most people dont know what goes on behind the scenes. Crooks dont make things easy to find out, that is why we have an investigation.

Exactly right... lol the SEC won't do a darn thing

to companies that don't file. Why? because there is nothing substantial for them to use against those companies.

Broken promises? what promises... show me. Nothing to see.

Thus they get away with legitimate theft of your money.
