Really it's just speculation at this point based on who is in the board of directors and who recently left the board of directors. The general consensus of this board (I think) is that there's a good chance for it.

Now, the writing is clear becuase IF accentcare is going to buy us then it makes perfect sense. The company is worth 2.5X sales plus the OTCBB listing.

Now, if all of this is smoke then why the 8k's?

Yes, talk of a buyout...it would have a (N)X...but I have no idea what that would be. With some volume this will go UP very nice IMHO!!!
